About Cemfloor Cementitious Liquid Screed
Cemfloor Therm C20 cementitious liquid screed is a self compacting liquid screed can be poured from as low as 20mm depth in bonded applications (without underfloor heating) and 45mm depth over underfloor heating pipework. Leaving a flat and level surface that will be ready to receive a finished floor with the need for prior sanding.
For projects with restricted depth requirements Cemfloor Level Plus cementitious liquid screed is also available. Cemfloor Level Plus has all the benefits of Cemfloor Therm but with installation depths starting at just 12mm for bonded applications (without underfloor heating), and requiring just 12mm of cover over underfloor heating pipework too Cemfloor Level Plus is the perfect screed for those tighter projects.
